I'm Daniel Walker, a highly motivated IT and Cyber-Security professional with a strong passion for cybersecurity. My journey in technology began with a fascination for how things work and I've always been drawn to the challenges and complexities of the digital and wider world. I'm currently pursuing my BSc (Hons) in Cyber-Security, expecting to graduate this year (2025).
Throughout my academic and professional career, I've gained valuable experience in various customer service roles. I've provided technical support to thousands of users across multiple sites, resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth IT operations. My experience also includes team leadership, customer service and residential support. I'm adept at troubleshooting complex problems, working under pressure and providing exceptional customer service.
My passion for cybersecurity stems from a deep understanding of the critical importance of protecting digital assets and infrastructure. I'm particularly interested in malware analysis, digital forensics, penetration testing and incident response. I'm eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to this dynamic field and make a positive impact.
In my spare time, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and global events, experimenting with new technologies and exploring and aim to contribute and create open-source projects in the future.
